Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Vehicle Condition:
Your car must be roadworthy, insured, and in proper working condition.
You must ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel for the service.
Valid Documents:
You must provide a vehicle with valid registration, insurance, and all necessary documents as per UAE laws.
Safe Use:
Any valuables left in the car are your responsibility.
Elite Safe Driver is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Compliance with Laws:
Clients must comply with all UAE traffic rules and laws while our driver operates the vehicle.
Driver Responsibilities
Our professional drivers will:
- Drive responsibly and ensure your safety throughout the service.
- Follow all traffic regulations and drive as per UAE laws.
- Treat your vehicle with care and professionalism.
However, drivers are not responsible for:
- Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures.
- Any pre-existing damage or issues with the car.

Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full upon service completion.
Any additional charges for delays or extended hours will be communicated clearly in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Safe Driver provides drivers only and is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or mechanical issues related to your car.
Clients agree to assume all responsibility for their vehicle, including insurance coverage.
Refusal of Service
Elite Safe Driver reserves the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:
The vehicle is deemed unsafe or illegal to drive.
The client behaves in a manner that endangers the driver or breaches these terms.
Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Elite Safe Driver and its employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of your vehicle during our service.
Service Areas
We operate primarily within Dubai and extend services to nearby cities such as Abu Dhabi and Sharjah as per client requirements.
